Location: Burnaby, BC
Salary Range: $65,000–$70,000 a year – Permanent, Full-time

Are you highly organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about construction projects? Centaur Products is expanding, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our BC Team. In this role, you’ll help manage exciting projects for professional sports venues, colleges, universities, and K-12 schools across Canada.

What You’ll Do
Support Project Success: Work alongside clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly, from initial planning through to completion.
Coordinate and Communicate: Collaborate with internal teams in sales, accounting, project management, and construction to ensure seamless project execution. You’ll use MS Office365 and Teams to stay connected and efficient.
Manage Construction Documentation: Interpret, review, and produce construction drawings. AutoCAD skills are essential to this role.
Oversee Logistics & Scheduling: Manage logistics, and construction timelines, making sure all project components come together on time and exceed client expectations.
Travel to Project Sites: Visit sites as needed to discuss project scopes and updates with key stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Post-secondary degree or certificate in construction or administration.
Construction Knowledge: Experience or education in general construction processes, materials, and methods.
Tech Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office365 tools.
Time Management & Organization: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Team Player: Experience in team sports is an asset—this helps bring the collaborative spirit we value at Centaur.
