Infill synthetic turf systems
Infilled synthetic turf systems, sometimes referred to as 3rd generation artificial turf, refers to synthetic turf systems that typically use a shock pad underlayment and monofilament PE (polyethelyne) synthetic turf fibres with small granules (typically some form of rubber) inside the surface.
Non-infill & hybrid synthetic turf systems
Hybrid and non-infilled synthetic turf systems use a combination of monofilament artificial turf fibres and a secondary thatch layer of a texturized or crimped fibres which either eliminates or greatly reduces the need for rubber granules or other types of infill.
Portable synthetic turf systems
We have a several different portable turf systems ranging from high-performance turf panel systems, great for elite and even professional level training to lower cost, more economical portable turf products. These systems are great for converting indoor or outdoor spaces into muli-use facilities. This includes converting facilities with hard surfaces such as ice arenas, gymnasiums and even parking lots into synthetic turf fields great for soccer, football, rugby, baseball, cricket and any other field based activity.
Field Hockey Turf
All of our field hockey turf systems meet the international specifications of the International Hockey Federation (FIH). Field hockey turf systems use a very dense, crimped fibre design with a short pile height and including an elastic layer shock pad underneath the surface.
Crossfit & Fitness Turf
Centaur has many options for crossfit and fitness turf products. This includes portable turf panels and rolls as well as options for permanently adhereing the turf to the surface below. We also have landscape and residential turf options available upon request with many colour options.
